All Elissa Poppy products are handmade to order in the UK. Items are specially made for every order that is placed, meaning that a turn around time of between 2-4 weeks is applied to each order. Estimated dates of arrival will be emailed to you once we have received your payment however please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
All items purchased will be delivered using the Royal Mail Special Delivery system. All orders in the UK and Ireland have a standard charge of £5.00 for next day delivery including Saturdays and will require a signature upon arrival. For orders over 1kg an extra delivery charge will be issued.
International delivery is priced at £20.00 for orders up to 1kg and should take 1-4 working days to be delivered once the parcel has been shipped depending on its destination. International deliveries are sent via Express Delivery. For orders over 1kg an extra delivery charge will be issued. All orders are issued with tracking information.
Our policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require our customers to contact us directly before the return can be granted.
Made to measure items cannot be returned or refunded. Discounted orders cannot be refunded.
When trying on lingerie please keep your underwear on for hygiene purposes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning/exchanging any item it is advised that you obtain proof of postage and tracking information, you should also consider using a shipping service that offers insurance/cover. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held liable if parcels don't arrive to our premises.
